Vehicle Customer Service Professional (m/f/d)

As a Vehicle Customer Service Professional, you will handle customer inquiries, provide solutions to concerns, and assist in onboarding processes.
Your role involves de-escalating situations, coordinating with dealers and stakeholders, and offering support for various company products and services. Collaborating with fellow call center professionals and contributing to employee training, you'll ensure effective customer service delivery while reporting to the Customer Success Manager.

We want you to:

• Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
• Coordinate operational tasks with dealers and other logistic stakeholders
• Assist clients with the online onboarding challenges
• Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services and policies
• Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
• Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties, car services, credit scoring and other account items
• Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
• Help to train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies
• Report to the customer success manager
