We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric Growth Marketer to innovate and growth-hack our B2B customer acquisition tactics.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive business growth.
• Create and scale written and visual content (incl. video).
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
• Develop and test ideas for new content assets such as webinars, whitepapers, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.
• You will directly report to the Chief Revenue Officer so that none of your new ideas are lost and we can implement them in no time - impact guaranteed.

Qualifikation

• 3+ years in digital marketing, with a focus on growth (e.g., testing) are a must. (Please enclose appropriate references or reference partners.)
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable results through marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills as well as inestimable attention to detail.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and passion for content creation.
• Experience with video content creation is a plus.
• Fluent speaking and writing ability in English is a must. (Other additional languages are a plus.)
• Living and working in Berlin is a plus.
