We are looking for a passionate and experienced UX/UI Designer (m/f/d) to develop the potential of our digital solutions together. We work on software solutions that map business processes as well as web presences that specialize in customer acquisition. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will develop ideas and implement them directly with the team.

These tasks await you specifically:

• Work within a cross-functional team, collaborating closely with UX/UI designers, business analysts, and software developers
• Participate in business analytics and UX/UI design processes from the very start of each product feature, ensuring a user-centric approach
• Create and implement a cohesive and compelling UX/UI design concept across an entire product range in collaboration with other designers
• Develop unified design strategies that seamlessly integrate with a broader product ecosystem

• We see academic studies and experience as equivalent. You have been or are working as a UX/UI Designer (all genders)? You have dropped out of education or have taken a second educational path? We honor your commitment and know that life doesn't always go according to plan.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UX/UI design
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders from different disciplines
• Proven experience in developing unified design strategies for diverse product ecosystems
• very good knowledge of German (min. C1) and English (min. B1)
