Sampling Manager - part time (3 days per week)
Location: Chelsea Harbour Design Centre
Reports to: Showroom Manager
Role Description:
_ Maintain floor sampling as well as sample room inventory by ordering samples and filing replenishments
_ Oversee the fulfilment of online sample requests daily, making sure requests are fulfilled before collection
_ Handle client sample requests, both over the phone, via email and in person and assist the sales team by gathering and shipping samples to clients
_ Help maintain the showroom floor by hanging new product and removing discontinued product as needed
_ Maintain showroom collateral
_ Expand your working knowledge of our collections
_ Provide support for general showroom requests and projects
_ Assist clients over the phone and on the showroom floor by providing guidance and product information, as needed
_ Deliver the best possible customer service
_ Consistently seek to expand your working knowledge of interior design
You must have:
_ 1-2 years of experience working in a retail or showroom environment
_ The ability to multitask and be proactive in a fast-paced environment
_ Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the luxury interior design industry
_ Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills
_ Proficiency in MS Windows and Office suite
_ Strong verbal and written communication skills
_ A positive attitude
