During your internship, your responsibilities will be as follows:

• You will conduct industry and company analysis as well as company valuations.
• You will support in the preparation of client presentation materials.
• You will work on live transactions across various sectors
• You will assist in the preparation, origination and execution of M&A and other corporate finance transactions.

We are looking for an Intern M&A (m/f/d) for a period of ~3-6 months starting earliest in March 2024

Experience & Technical Skills

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program in Business Administration, Finance or a similar field
• Prior internships in M&A or Corporate Finance in a Bank/Investment Bank/Boutique are desirable but not required
• Good knowledge in valuation is advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Very good written and oral communication skills
• Fluency in English and German is required (both written and orally)

• The team covers a wide range of sub-sectors, including Automotive, Transport & Logistics, Construction, Building Materials, Capital Goods, Business Services, Paper & Packaging, Metals and Oilfield Services
• The team works on advisory mandates in Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets and Private Equity, including buyouts, takeover bids, mergers, public exchange offers, capital increases and IPOs
