Experience & Technical Skills
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program in Business Administration, Finance or a similar field
- Prior internships in M&A or Corporate Finance in a Bank/Investment Bank/Boutique are desirable but not required
- Good knowledge in valuation is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Very good written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in English and German is required (both written and orally)

- The team covers a wide range of sub-sectors, including Automotive, Transport & Logistics, Construction, Building Materials, Capital Goods, Business Services, Paper & Packaging, Metals and Oilfield Services
- The team works on advisory mandates in Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets and Private Equity, including buyouts, takeover bids, mergers, public exchange offers, capital increases and IPOs
The team is based in Frankfurt, London and Paris and offers the opportunity to work with team members in all locations.
