Go through a fast track tailor-made development program - on a global level!
Advance your journey through different stages at our headquarters in Hamburg and at selected national and international retail locations
Receive a tailor-made training program that will take you to the next level, both personally and professionally
Work in close sparring with our C-level on overarching strategic projects
Receive exclusive and personal mentoring from top Gebr. Heinemann leaders throughout the entire program

What you should bring along

Several years of experience in Retail, Travel Retail, FMCG or Hospitality as well as initial management experience
International flexibility and mobility, both during and especially after the program
Lots of drive, initiative and a strong hands-on mentality
A strong passion for retail, strategy and people management
A successfully completed degree in business administration or a comparable educational pathway, ideally in an international retail setting
