• Responsible for accounts payable accounting (account payable bookings; salary runs and bookings; payments runs; cash disposition)
• Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records, and provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization
• Support in preparation of month end and year end closure according to HGB and IFRS (intercompany charges; foreign currency valuation; international VAT returns; accrual booking)
• Responsible for asset accounting
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
• Working in close collaboration with controlling

• Degree in Finance or Accounting or prior experience in an accounting position, preferably using SAP FI/CO and in the following areas:
  • General ledger / sub-ledger
  • Accounting for different company codes
  • Asset accounting
• Pragmatic, hands on mentality coupled with out of the box thinking
• Solid experience in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
• Well-organized and timely manner with an affinity for numbers
• Distinct sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication in English, Serbian & German knowledge is not required but a plus
