As a Software Developer (d/f/m), you will develop software for projects in an international team within the actuator’s software team in Regensburg. You will develop those from the specification up to final testing according to the corporate software and product related development process. You will create and maintain a trustful cooperation within the project and toward your stakeholders and ensure the SW release deliveries are done on time, according to the defined budget and with the expected content. In addition to the development work, you will additionally work on the implementation of cybersecurity processes for the products within the software team.
Your new responsibilities:
- Software creation and integration to the specific products from specification up to testing in accordance with the applicable SW development process (PDP) and in accordance to ASPICE
- Support the complete V-Cycle including preparation of the SW related work package, deliverables, and their reviews
- Perform the SW work products (V-Cycle) for the projects according to the applicable development process
- Participate to SW change management and/or SW Problem Resolution
- Provide support for the introduction of the developed project into production
- Contribute to the quotation activities
- Running of cybersecurity security process in accordance with UNECE Regulation and ISO 21434 (role as PSPM - Privacy & Security Program Manager)
Your profile:
- Academic degree in Electrical engineering, Computer science or similar engineering field
- Several years of professional experience in Software development, preferably in the automotive industry
- Several years of professional experience in international team projects
- Good Knowledge of C programming language
- Knowledge about cybersecurity process in particular ISO 21434 is desired
- Knowledge about cybersecurity mechanisms in automotive industry is desired
- Practical experience with application of development processes and standards, e.g. A-SPICE
- Business fluent English language skills
- Willingness to travel
- Structured working methods to assure adequate work break down, follow-up of project status as well as fulfillment of process requirements
- Self-reliant and target oriented as well as transparent communication skills
- Initiative mindset as well as high level of creativity and analytical thinking
