Are you ready to make a difference? Role Purpose The incumbent is responsible for establishing and optimizing the relationship and interfaces between the global and German in-country organization in global projects to ensure that planning, implementation and go-live are based on an excellent collaboration between global project team and in-country supporting teams and on time. The incumbent focusses on very critical and high-impact projects and thus the position has a high impact on the success of the country organization and the deployment of decisive global projects in Germany.
Your Key Responsibilities - Competent and proactive contact partner on corporate-level for global project leads andsenior stakeholders.
- Enabler for global cross-functional and cross-divisionalreorganization and (digital) transformation projects in Germany.
- Close collaboration with experts on global and country level in miscellaneous departments (e.g. Data Privacy, Legal, IT, Labour Relations, Finance, Tax, Compliance).
- Establishing and designing of implementation strategies for global projects in line with company guidelines including monitoring and reporting - establishing and optimizing of new and innovative end-to-end
- project management processes in Germany.

Minimum requirements
- University degree (ideally master of business administration,information technology or legal)
- Excellent German spoken and written. Fluency in English. Excellent communication skills on all corporate levels in both languages.
- 6-8 years in project management in a matrix-organized multinational.
- Profound knowledge in economics and political savvy including intercultural contexts
- Excellent stakeholder- and project management.
- Pragmatism, solution-orientation and creativity.
- Engagement, interpersonal competencies and a high degree of proactivity.
- Dealing with ambiguity.
