The French speaking owner of the position stewards self responsible under the business scope of the assigned retail customers.

You will master these tasks: - Your main task will be the handling of our lawyer portfolio, you will be the first point of contact to law firms and our major internal legal support
- Execute after contract termination tasks and decide upon file treatment e.g. debt sale, bailiff or external lawyer treatment
- Negotiate with qualified customers about potential settlements
- Execute day-to-day insolvency handling in order to get the funded vehicles back as quickly as possible and to limit risk
- Give direction and follow-up on outsourced relations e.g. bailiffs and lawyers
- Prepare write-off files for approval in the local market
- Support credit analysts and give regular feedback to the credit department (incl. post mortem process)
- Support projects relevant to collections
