We’re looking for a Product Designer to work on QR Code Generator’s Growth and Engagement teams.
This role requires a designer who can collaborate with Product and Engineering partners to understand business, product and user goals, translate them into UX strategy, and execute quickly and with an iterative mindset.

Compensation
The salary range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, tenure in role, experience and training, licensure and certifications as well as other business and organizational needs.
At Bitly, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Realistic expectations for a first-year employee's salary will likely fall closer to the mid-point of the provided range.
