For this reason, we are looking for a Compliance Manager (m/f/d) to join our winning team at the earliest opportunity. You’ll be based in our Malta office, whilst working closely with colleagues in different countries. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the work and ready for the challenges that arise in a busy marketing team within a fast-growing company.
Compliance Manager (m/f/d)

- As our Compliance Manager you will be responsible for the implementation of the topics imposed by domestic and international authorities.
- You will ensure that CPM complies with the current regulations with regard to AML, Data Protection as well as with the requirements of MGA B2B and B2C license policy.
- Moreover, you will support the CFO in the regulatory reporting and audits.
- Furthermore, you work and collaborate with the International compliance team.
- Last but not least, you will review business agreements and make sure that they are in line with the Maltese regulations and MGA policies.
- Experience in compliance, preferably in the gambling industry, minimum of 5 years
- Experience in documentation and record keeping (legal requirements)
- Experience in communication with authorities including MGA and MFSA
- Deeply knowledge about AML, KYC and Responsible Gambling
- Law, Compliance or Business degree
