These are your tasks:

• On-time processing of various HR processes for different companies of Mercedes-Benz Group AG (e.g. changes in working hours, transfers, work and residence permits, etc.)
• Creation and processing of works council notifications as well as their approvals and objections
• Preparation and dispatch of personnel documents (e.g. termination agreements, powers of attorney, letters of transfer) as well as the integration of changes in remuneration
• Timely follow-up of returns and information as well as their processing in the further administrative process
• Written communication with various interface partners
• Support of projects
