Engineer Validation (f/m/x)

What awaits you:
- Provide expertise and technological know-how within the organization. Define validation plans and support the definition of generic control plans for mechancial and mechatronical systems.
- Generate and negotiate test standards and specification with customers.
- Proactivly define and execute test plans to ensure product robustness level.
- Drive the customers’ buy-in to follow generic development and state of the art validation methods (generic DVP/PVP, virtual DVP, ALT, AI / ML...).
- Design, define and improve validation test equipment for current and future products.
- Test planning and set up, coordination, execution, evaluation and documentation of validation and development tests for automotive products
What you’ll need to succeed:
- University degree in Mechatronics or other core skills (e.g. Physics, mechanical engineering with complemantory skills, ...) is required
- Testing and Validation experience is preferred
- Professional experience in one of the following fields is preferred
- Complex mechatronic systems, idealy automotive
- Blow-/ Injection-/ Compression molding
- Statistical mathematics
- Data aquisition and measurement technology
- Fluid English required, German preferred
- Willingness to travel (customer visits, test drives, supplier development, exchange with other validation teams)
