• Manage and optimize the supply chain across our Division Sensors & Actuators
• Manage and represent our electronics team
• Lead a crossfunctional & virtual team
• Develop & implement a commodity strategy to rationalize our supplier base
• Reduce the plants' complexity and leverage the remaining suppliers
• Improve commodity availability forecast to enhance negotiation results
• Lead the risk analysis to mitigate and prevent disruptions in the supply chain
• Support our divisions on the most critical commodity shortages
• Ensure proper escalation and full capacity utilization in our plants

• Successfully completed master studies in the field of electronics or equivalent
• Several years of (international) experience in a purchasing environment of a complex matrix organization
• Business fluent in English, both written and spoken (additional languages advantageous)
• Understanding our business portfolio, potential challenges & our customers' demands
• Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
• Ability to build strong collaborative environments and relationships
• Wilingness to travel >50%
