For our project teams, we are looking for interns (m/f/d) in the event management minor for year 2024. The Proske project managers are experts in strategic meeting management – for virtual solutions as well as live-marketing programs. The service portfolio ranges from trustful client consulting, conceptual design, solution-focused implementation to analytical evaluation of our meetings. Your workplace is in one of our offices in Rosenheim or Munich, both with the possibility to work flexibly from home.

THIS MAKES YOUR DAY AN EVENT

• Learn to plan, design and organize events, conferences and congresses with face-to-face, hybrid and virtual meeting formats
• Chance to create experiences and achieve visible success
• Active participation in the preparation and implementation of events
• Research of materials, service providers and event-related topics
• Independent communication with international service providers
• Preparation of presentations and meeting reports
• Insights into project budget control and financial tasks

THESE SKILLS SET YOU APART

• Studies in event/project management, media communication or similar
• Your internship should be at least 5-6 months
• First experience in the preparation and realization of events is advantageous
• Independent and accurate working style
• High affinity for digital solutions
• High commitment to service and customer satisfaction, team player and flexibility
• Fluent in English, knowledge in German and additional languages are an advantage
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
