We are looking for a

Senior Implementation Manager (m/f/d)

(unlimited) Join our team at our location in Berlin, Münster, Verl or Baden-Baden – flexible working conditions available.

As a Senior Implementation Manager you will be in charge of bringing new key account clients and partners live and developing our existing implementations to the next level, with a focus on the DACH market.

For you to succeed in this position, you are used to work in a multilateral organization, are a keen problem solver and are happy to put the customer at the centre. This role requires technical understanding, as well as familiarity to overarching IT architecture.

Key responsibilities

• You will setup and implement new key account clients and partners mainly in Germany but also in other European countries.
• You will help clients during the integration process with technical guidance, test execution and troubleshooting.
• You will provide best practice integration guidance to improve conversion and customer shopping experience.
• You will interact with key stakeholders such as sales, product, and finance to ensure smooth onboarding experience and client satisfaction.
• You will collaborate with international development and product teams to work on process and setup improvements.
• You will create comprehensive documentation for integration solutions and provide step-by-step guides to enable others to succeed.

Skills and Qualifications

• You have experience with technical integrations and/or technical project management.
• You are interested in e-commerce and e-payments, ideally already have experience with payments after delivery.
• You have a deep understanding of RESTful systems, APIs, and IT architecture.
• You are able to work in a team or on your own initiative, able to self-motivate while working from home.
• You have an initiative-taking and positive attitude; take pride and ownership in your work.
• You enjoy client contact, driving topics forward and finding solutions.
• You are a quick thinker and able to work across all areas of our business.
• You communicate confidently in English and German.
