We are looking for a Mechanic (m/f/d) Motorsport to be a part of our works motorsport team in Cologne, Germany. Are you a team player who thrives on responsibility, with strong analytical and negotiating skills? Then you are the right person to take on this challenge. Experience team work and be inspired by the passion of our 450-strong workforce for motorsport and automotive projects.

Your tasks:

• assemble, disassemble race cars, prototype cars & components

• build, service and maintain parts and assemblies

• attend tests and races worldwide

• perform function tests with prototype assemblies/parts, using specified Test Equipment

• identifying the causes of malfunctions, carrying out findings and defining remedial measures

• documentation and quality assurance of the work carried out

The successful candidate will:

• have a completed vocational training as a motor vehicle mechanic, mechatronics technician or a comparable qualification

• show good knowledge of complete vehicles and technical enthusiasm

• have good written and spoken English skills

• be flexibility and willingness to travel, especially at weekends

• show the ability to work in a team, manual dexterity, good communication skills
