The Proposal/Creative Writer is primarily focused on, but certainly not limited to, communicating with and writing proposals for international corporate and individual clients, creating new and unique events and activities, communicating and working with our suppliers and providing administrative support to our internal Groups team. This is an excellent position for an individual who has a flair for the creative interested in gaining perspective on the life cycle of a corporate/incentive travel program. This opportunity provides an excellent foundation for future opportunities for growth.

- Exceptional creative writing skills
- Advanced computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- Impressive time management skills
- Fantastic proof reading with an eye for details
- Be able to work well under pressure
- Own transportation and be in possession of a valid local driver's license
- Lived, worked or traveled extensively outside of the Caribbean
- Knowledge of Adobe design software including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Knowledgeable in general IT and multimedia
- Fluency in a foreign language
