Responsibilities:
- Creation and completion of archive files (as per Weatherford procedure).
- Supporting Logistics Supervisor/Coordinator with ad hoc reporting.
- Drafting Logistics and Customs documentation.
- OTM shipment planning (as per Weatherford Procedure).
- Supporting domestic and international shipment execution.
Qualifications:
- Microsoft Excel (beneficial but not essential)
- Microsoft Outlook
- OTM (Oracle Transport Management) (beneficial but not essential)
- Fluent in English & German
- Good communication skills and able to communicate on both management and operational level
