Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic and driven Founder's Associate Interns to join our founding team. In this role, you will work closely with the founders on strategic innovation operations, taking full ownership and responsibility of various projects with direct and measurable impact on our startup's success. This is a unique opportunity for aspiring entrepreneurs and startup enthusiasts to gain hands-on experience in a high-growth startup environment, with full exposure to strategy and operations across all key divisions.

Key Responsibilities

Your main focus will be Influencer Acquisition & Sales, giving you the opportunity to develop and run the entire Sales and Growth with the founders including the following topics

• Create sales strategies and pipelines
• Handle inbound and outbound sales e-mails
• Run sales-calls with qualified influencers
• Onboard and manage key-account influencers
• Your enthusiasm and passion are paramount. In the first interview we’re happy to get to know each other in order to understand your passion and talents so that we can tailor the right position for you, because next to our daily Sales Operations you will be able to choose your own projects, strategizing and implementing them to gain full entrepreneurial insights in the following areas.

Additional responsibilities up for your choice:

• Music: Manage music submissions from artists and our in-house producer, improve high-volume playlist structures, and oversee the release pipeline.
• Strategy: Gain full exposure to startup operations as we expand into new niches and genres, build divisions, incorporate holdings, draft HR strategies, model, implement new business units, and coordinate goal-oriented projects.
• Community Management: Analyse new and active partners' performance, implement tailored strategies with different influencer brands, and run pilot campaigns across several influencers.
• Data Analytics: Improve data analytics, build back-end scrapers, and front-end dashboards to assist in performance management of the music label and influencer partners.

Qualifications

• Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to strategize and manage projects independently and confidently
• Full fluency in English
• High competency with PowerPoint and Excel
• Passion for startups and ability to thrive in a dynamic, small team environment
• Preferably interested in transitioning to a full-time role as a working student or permanent employee post-internship
• Education: Currently enrolled or recently graduaded business or business informatics student.
• Experience: Prior experience in the preferred project units mentioned above. Preferably experience in consulting and sales.
