This is what you can do

You manage and oversees the Quality Management System (QMS), processes, procedures, requirements and metrics, to ensure the organization's compliance.
You work with other functions to ensure processes are compliant in acc. to EASA Part 21G/J & Part 145 and debriefs the HO Quality FAL
You conduct internal audits and provide feedback on non-compliance and corrective action(s) and draft the internal yearly audit plan
You provide guidance through explanation of policies, authorities regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance to requirements
You will drive the implementation of cross-divisional procedures incl. training of local teams and support the integration of new manufacturing sites into the existing QMS
You will actively deploy the DAG-Business Process Management System and offer guidance for IT-solutions

You’ll bring this with you

Bachelor in System / Aerospace Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Experience of at least 2 years in Quality Management System
Deep expertise of quality systems EN9100 & ISO14001
Solid knowledge with airworthiness requirements EASA Part 21G/J and Part 145
Experience in KPI definition and measurement
Auditor certification in acc. to ISO19011
