About the Role
We are looking for an Export Manager for Yeni Raki to join the commercial team based in Hamburg. In this position you will handle the existing business partners for in Germany, Austria, The Netherlands, Belgium, and Switzerland, identifying the growth areas, driving relevant strategies and sales activities to improve the business results and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:
- Setting up and developing new business partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, national and/or international retailers in Europe
- Prepare and implement the strategic business plans for Central Europe, define channel strategies, prepare execution plans to improve the business
- Initiate, follow up and finalize contracts with distributors and key account customers
- Handle the pricing process in the country based on set guidelines and standards
- Control the value chain in sales channels, benchmark, rationalize and assemble opportunities
- Performing accurate budgeting and forecasting activities based on past data and current business results considering new trends, risks, opportunities and other critical criteria
- Prepare and present management reviews
- Contribute to trade marketing/marketing plans, assure the right execution of plans with foreign trade department
- Coordinate campaign deployment, digital communication, with trade marketing and marketing teams
- Travelling for business partner visits and attending international fairs in order to represent the company
About You
- 8+ years relevant experiences in a commercial role, ideally in an international FMCG environment
- University degree (or equivalent), ideally in business administration/economics
- Fluent in English, German language skills are a plus
- Negotiation skills
- Strong ability to build, develop and manage relationships
- Intuition for business paired with analytical skills
- Engaging teammate, focus on total team delivery
- Positive energy, solution oriented, self-confident in own area, committed to own development, pro-active, structured way of working, strong analytical skills
- Motivated by regular travel
