We are currently looking for a dedicated Team Assistant to help us organize and coordinate our team. As part of our company, you will play an important role in ensuring a smooth workflow and the successful implementation of our projects.
- You organize appointments, meetings and events for the team
- You are responsible for the management of documents, including the filing of paper documents and the management of electronic files
- You coordinate internal and external communications and meetings
- assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and other materials
- You will assist in the training of new employees and the organization of training courses
- You are responsible for the reception, switchboard and mail service
- You are responsible for maintaining office organization and general cleanliness
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have comparable experience
- You offer experience in office organization and administrative support
- You have excellent organizational skills and the ability to set priorities
- You have the ability to work effectively with different people and teams
- You are able to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- You speak German & English
- You are dynamic, practical, analytical and eager to learn
- You take initiative and are able to work independently to a limited extent
