What you should have.

Agilist at heart – flexible, on-point, results-oriented, inspiring
Experience in agile software development or agile project management
Certified Scrum Master with relevant professional experience
Very good target group-oriented presentation, facilitation and communication skills – extra points for charm and wit
Very good English language skills
Understanding “System.out.println(intSet.stream().collect(Collectors.groupingBy(p->((Integer)p)%2)))” is not something you need to worry about. Your task is to find someone in your team who does know what it means.
