Your Tasks

• Development of major/minor store concepts (e.g. department concepts, digital components)
• Close collaboration with relevant specialist departments (e.g. furniture sourcing, marketing, safety & security, construction)
• Furniture development and material sourcing
• Preparation, validation and presentation of new standards and tests in connection with our Store Concept Circle
• Definition and supervising store department modules within modular store system
• Design responsibility for the execution of international single projects of our various Store Formats

Your Profile

• Professional Architecture and Interior Design qualification with several years of experience in the shop fitting environment
• Experience with assortment structure and visual merchandise
• Understanding of customer insights/motives and how to adapt concepts
• Qualified knowledge of ArchiCAD, Rhino, VRAY, Photoshop, InDesign and MS Office
• Conceptual skills and a pronounced understanding of operative business
• Entrepreneurial thinking and management skills
• Fluent in German and English. Other languages would be an advantage
