- Driving the global KAEFER Lean Journey as part of our strategy
- Developing and conducting Lean trainings for Lean Leaders, Managers and Site-Teams worldwide
- Coaching of Lean Leaders, line managers and site management teams in implementing lean projects and lean site management incl. PDCA based improvement routines on worldwide KAEFER-sites
- Analysis and improvement of processes from a lean perspective
- Continuously improving the implementation of the KAEFER Lean Project
Approach and Lean Site Management
- Completed relevant degree, or comparable technical qualifications
- Operational industry experience, and/or on-site experience e.g. as a project manager or consultant
- Lean training and change management experience
- Ability to pass on knowledge and develop others through training, coaching and mentoring
- Ideally experience with the concept of the Improvement and Coaching KATA
- Fluent in business English; preferably one other language
- Intercultural competence: willingness to travel internationally and to work in multicultural environments
- Structured and target-oriented approach to work
- Very good communications skills and persuasive ability
- High social competence and empathy
- High degree of self-motivation and creativity
- Team player with a strong hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills
