To support our team, we are now looking for a Embedded Software Engineer (m/f/d).

• Design, development, documentation and testing of radio-linked devices, especially smoke detectors. You are involved from the first design to mass production in our own facilities in Berlin
• Help shaping a smart future for our smoke detectors which are lifesavers in millions of homes
• Working closely with the team responsible for UI and App development of the Configuration UIs using bluetooth connections

• Basic knowledge of digital electronics, i.e. experience in reading schematics of digital circuitry
• Experience in creating embedded software especially firmware for micro controllers (p.Exp based on STM32)
• Practical experience with IoT devices and network protocols in 868 Mhz band, and bluetooth ideally also bluetooth mesh
• Sound knowledge of the programming languages C and C++ and build systems like cmake
• Speaking german is a benefit but not necessary

• Function allows home office or mobile work but regular on site work at our facilities in Wolfener Str Berlin are necessary for joint work on hardware componentes
