Purpose:
Workplaces is responsible for the active management of the Global Real Estate Portfolio including leases and transactions of all the properties, all design, construction and operations for offices, showrooms and DC’s for adidas.
Provide coordinative and operational support for global key initiatives for Workplaces. Support the development and execution of the strategic topics with a specific focus on managing major internal projects. Ensure we create and operate our workplaces in a way, that the best work environment for our employees is provided over the entire real estate lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan the upcoming Workplaces annual calendar, in consideration of the schedules of Global HR and to ensure that all initiatives to achieve the Workplaces strategy and operations are planned into the calendar and ensure consistency in implementation.
- Support the VP Workplaces in translating strategy into Workplaces tactical actions and communication towards the target audience by establishing and maintaining a transparent connection with e.g., Workplaces SLT, HR Global Functions, HR Strategy and regional leadership and supporting the implementation plans for the Functions.
- Act as contact point for the HR Strategy and the Global HR PMO team and disseminate information to and collate input from the Workplaces in a timely manner.
- Lead and/or support day-to-day project management as required, e.g., design project plans, maintain work plans, create, and implement status update documents and ensure visibility of project progress, flag risks and support their mitigation.
- Drive data collection & data quality in compliance with global standards.
- Developing business cases for investment or expense and create transparency and KPI tracking for the region in global alignment.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with senior business leaders and stakeholders.

Some business travel (up to 15%) might be required
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University Degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, HR or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7-8 years progressive work experience in fast-moving consumer goods industry and/or consulting background
