Here at Volocopter, we are the pioneers of electric air taxis (electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft - eVTOLs). We have pledged to bring urban air mobility to life by getting electric air taxis and other eVTOLs off the ground in a way that complements existing transportation options in megacities across the globe. Our aim is to offer affordable, on-demand air taxi services that fly people to their destination quickly and safely. In 2011 we carried out the first-ever piloted flight of a fully electric multicopter and have since conducted more than 1,500 public and private test flights across the world (www.volocopter.com).

Your mission during this flight:

• You will find and recruit the best candidates for all our open positions in production and supply chain
• You will have the opportunity to grow alongside our dynamic team, shaping a mid-term strategy for our operations area
• You will be responsible for developing and refining job descriptions and specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment with our organizational goals
• You will screen candidates, conduct interviews, and utilize selection tools to efficiently filter applicants within designated timelines
• You will assess candidates' knowledge, skills and experience to ensure alignment with our team and objectives
• You will cultivate meaningful relationships with candidates, guiding them through our selection process with influence and professionalism
• You will serve as a crucial link between management and the entire team, facilitating seamless communication throughout the hiring process

The position is available on a fixed-term contract basis, either as a full-time or part-time opportunity. Onsite presence is required.

Check in your professional skills:

• Degree in human resources or related field
• 3-5 years proven work experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Professional
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Strong organization skills and attention to details
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent social and communication skills
• Get things done mentality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
• Experience in recruiting in the production environment is a plus
