The Division of Animal Physiology and Immunology from the Technical University of Munich - campus Weihenstephan - is looking for a student (m/w/d) to work as a research assistant for 8 hours/week, starting at the earliest possible time.


Tasks:

• Work on an ongoing research project
• Process published and newly-generated scRNA-Seq data sets
• Perform diverse downstream analyses
• IT support

Requirements:

• Master student
• Confident in working with R programing language
• Initial experience with scRNA-Seq analysis
