As Office Assistant, you will work closely with the team and the management and support us in expanding the company's growth.

This will be your role

• You are responsible for preparing accounting documents (receipts, invoices).
• You will handle HR tasks including onboarding, contract management, and coordination of employee development measures.
• You coordinate appointments and organize team events.
• You are responsible for the administration of our office spaces.

What you bring along

• You have completed a commercial education.
• You are an organizational talent and have an eye for detail.
• You communicate clearly and contribute your ideas.
• You enjoy working in a team and collaborating on projects.
• Very good knowledge of German and English (our working language is German).
• You live in the Cologne area and can be on site at our office in Cologne-Ehrenfeld at least 2x a week (otherwise home office).
