We are looking for a full-time, permanent Quality Manager Customer Support to start as soon as possible. We live remote-first, but you have the freedom to choose whether you want to work hybrid or completely on-site due to your proximity to one of our locations.

As Quality Manager, you are the voice of the customer within our company. You keep an eye on customer satisfaction and the customer experience, but also actively engage with our globally distributed customers to better understand their concerns and wishes. The focus here is on our customer support, with which we assist our customers 24/7.
Through your deep insights and understanding of our processes and policies, you identify areas of improvement and opportunities for optimization. You will then design solutions and processes to make us even better and our customers even more satisfied.

Together with the various departments, you will then work on the realization and implementation. The position will require you to use your powers of persuasion to convince everyone of your ideas and the benefits for them.

You will receive the necessary support from us to familiarize yourself with our processes and policies, but afterwards you shall work very independently and have the corresponding freedom. Nevertheless, your colleagues will always be there to help you with any questions you may have.
