In this role, you will lead technical delivery, set engineering standards, and mentor the next generation of engineers while working with state-of-the-art AI tools.

Your Role and Impact

• Architect and deploy end-to-end agentic AI solutions for strategic customers, from initial design to production handoff.
• Design agent logic, multi-agent orchestration, and integration patterns on the Agentforce platform.
• Manage the complete data lifecycle across platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, and Salesforce Data 360.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to turn field insights into core product features.
• Mentor fellow engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and shared technical leadership.
• Solve complex technical blockers and ensure deliverables meet the highest engineering standards.

What You Bring

• Fluency in German and English is essential for communicating with local and global stakeholders.
• A minimum of 6 years in software engineering with a focus on scalable production systems in AI or SaaS environments.
• Deep proficiency in at least one major language such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Hands-on experience with LLM integration and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• An entrepreneurial mindset focused on high-impact delivery and technical excellence.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% to work closely with customer teams on-site.
