- Understand well user needs/competitors/market trends, react fast and work cross-functionally with consumer research/User experience, R&D as well as other key stakeholders both locally and internationally
- Generate insights on home appliance industry, European markets and competitor landscape to support headquarter for future product generation planning
- Utilize internal and external resources to verify and validate platform/product/USP proposals from headquarter
- Consolidate/define suitable product requirements for European consumers and markets
- Bring and lead people from different backgrounds to work towards a common goal
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Min. 5 years professional experience in product management/product planning for durable consumer electronics/home appliances, laundry related area with technical background is preferred
- International and multi-cultural working experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced intercultural working environment
- Result-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit with “can-do” attitude, down-to-the earth, fast learner, strong analytical skills, business acumen
- Excellent English skills both written and spoken.
