Responsibilities

Project management, including budget management, procurement, reimbursement, project communication via e-mail and telephone, project overview
Administrative tasks, including contract management, filling forms and documents, sending invoices, and collecting receipts
Support in organization and coordination of workshops and events
Support in organization and billing of business trips

Requirements

Experience in a similar position (specifically in relation to project and budget management, ideally in research projects but this is not essential)
Very good MS Office skills, experience with the use of online meeting platforms (Zoom), knowledge of the SAP procurement system BISI is an advantage
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
High sense of responsibility, independent work, pronounced team orientation, enjoys dealing with people in an international environment
