Als Destination Service Consultant bist Du Botschafter Deiner Stadt und hilfst anderen dabei, sich vor Ort zu orientieren und ein neues Zuhause zu finden.

wenn Du flexibel arbeiten möchtest, gern mit Menschen verschiedener Kulturen umgehst und sehr gut organisiert bist. Als Consultant in der Relocation-Branche machst Du den Unterschied für Fach-und Führungskräfte aus dem Ausland und ihre Familien.

Destination Services

werden von Firmen für ihre aus dem Ausland kommenden Mitarbeiter in Auftrag gegeben, damit diese in einem neuen Umfeld professionell betreut und unterstützt werden. Dazu gehören:

v Unterstützung bei der Wohnungssuche nach individuellem Profil

v Begleitete Behördengänge, wie z.B. zur Anmeldung am Wohnort

v Anmeldung der Versorgungsstellen

v Eröffnung eines Bankkontos

v Weitere Unterstützung beim Settling-In

Must Haves für diese freiberufliche Tätigkeit sind

v Sehr gute Orts- und Infrastrukturkenntnisse

v Sehr gute, idealerweise fließende Englischkenntnisse

v Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke & Einfühlungsvermögen

v Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse

v Routinierter Umgang mit dem Internet und Affinität zur Arbeit mit neuen Technologien

v Führerschein & eigener PKW zur freien Verfügung (auch Car-Sharing)

Hilfreich sind

Erfahrungen oder Kenntnisse im Immobilienbereich und eigene Auslandsaufenthalte

Our Destination Services Consultants provide innovative, efficient, and cost-effective local support and expertise to employees and their families who are being relocated for a (new) job or assignment. Assistance provided includes rental home finding support; customized orientation to the community; support in bank account, driver’s license, social security, and utility setup. Services are provided in person and virtually through an interactive online portal. Contract assignments are offered in fixed terms and details are provided at the time of assignment offering.

This is project-based opportunity, and you will be engaged as an independent contractor.

Qualifications –

Expert knowledge of city and surrounding areas, including rental market and local schools.
Clean and reliable vehicle (preferably 4-door, with functional heat and air conditioning).
Valid driver’s license and car insurance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & German).
Research ability, proficiency in basic computer applications are requirements.
Customer service experience.
