We are looking for Peter Millar for an Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) – to deliver excellence in service to grow the Peter Millar & G/FORE business. Enthusiasm, commitment and drive are key to exceed sales targets and align the area with our current distribution strategy. When not out seeing customers, you will be expected learn the brand from top to bottom, assist other members of the sales team and cover a varied range of roles which will change depending on the season.

Principal Accountabilities

• Responsible for all golf sales (Men & Ladies) within the territory.
• Manage pre-book and in season orders for all accounts within the territory.
• Strategically plan and execute seasonal sales campaigns.
• Execute the brand strategy for the within your geographical area.
• Identify new opportunities for in keeping with the distribution strategy.
• Support the account base through in season visits, staff training, merchandising and brand communication to the market.
• Hit and exceed forward order and seasonal sales targets set.
• Provide monthly and seasonal analytical feedback on key accounts and sell-in figures vs target.
• Secure growth and loyalty from key accounts within your area.

Desire Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience within the golf industry.
• Experience of running a defined geographic territory and delivering growth.
• Understanding of the golf fashion market.
• Exceptional inter-personal skills.
• Good Presentation skills.
• Excel, Word and PowerPoint experience. Any graphic design skills would be beneficial.
