For our Competence Centre IT & Digital we are looking for a Power BI Analyst & Consultant (m/f/d) at one of our locations in Fürth, Mannheim , Stuttgart or Sofia (Bulgaria).

Your Tasks

• You support us in establishing a PowerBI Service for the whole PHOENIX Group (German and international business partners) as part of the Self-Service Analytics team in IT
• You monitor and improve our service platforms like PowerBI Service (Azure Cloud) in order to ensure stable operations and performance
• You automate processes with PowerAutomate, PowerApps and PowerShell
• You develop reporting solutions for the whole PHOENIX Group and support our clients in data preparation and analysis
• You coach and consult our business units to develop their own reporting solutions and enable them to become PowerUsers themselves
• You develop PowerAutomate flows for our customers and support our customers in building their own flows related to their reporting solutions

Your Profile

• University degree, preferably master in business informatics or a similar education
• Several years of experience in the area of business intelligence, ideally based on practical experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Report Builder, SSRS or Tabular Models with SSAS
• Excellent knowledge of Power BI Desktop, practical experience with report visualization, dashboard development and data preparation with PowerQuery, DAX and SQL (PL-300 or DA-100 certification by Microsoft is a plus)
• Excellent knowledge of PowerBI Service Administration as well as PowerAutomate.
• High analytical skills and understanding of business processes as well as practical experience with coaching and consulting of business users
• Knowledge of complex data warehouse data bases like Azure Synapse Analytics, SQL Server
• Knowledge of PowerShell, Sharepoint Online, Microsoft 365, R or Python is of advantage
• Team player, flexible; highly self-responsible, conscientious, customer oriented and result driven way of working; proactive, committed and eagerness to learn
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English, good German language skills are a plus
