What you can expect in this role

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of UX designers, researchers, software engineers, and data analysts. Together, you'll chart the course by defining the roadmap and critical key performance indicators (KPIs) for the checkout process
• You constantly measure the performance of the checkout, optimize the conversion rate, analyze opportunities and back up your decisions with data: from quantitative KPIs to qualitative user research
• You will closely work with stakeholders to understand their challenges and be involved in problem-solving efforts. Your contribution will extend from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment and collaboration
• By continuously prioritizing the team's backlog, you make sure that you always work on the right things to increase the overall customer experience and business success
• You help to shape the overall flaconi product strategy with ideas and opportunities you see for our product

Your essential experience and education

• Profound experience in digital product management, with a strong preference for candidates with expertise in the checkout process
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a data-driven manner. Proficiency in quantitative testing and KPI analysis is essential
• Proven experience in product discoveries and developing compelling business cases
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex relationships effectively
• Fluent proficiency in both German and English
