- Manage the end-to-end bid process
- Ensure that all bids follow DIGITALL's internal standard processes
- Act as a Bid Manager for complex tenders, assemble and manage a bid team with the relevant service / product / business knowledge required to prepare and submit a winning proposal
- Build the main bridge between Sales / Customer Success Manager / Engagement Manager / Delivery / other relevant departments
- Support in the preparation of customer appointments
- Creation and adjustment of consultant profiles
- Data maintenance in the CRM system
- Support of the management in daily business
- Studies in the field of business administration, industrial engineering or comparable education
- Work experience in a sales environment
- Work experience in a comparable position, ideally in a consulting company
- Ideally first contact points with Salesforce, Microsoft or other CRM systems
- Sales affinity as well as customer and service orientation
- Quick comprehension and high organizational skills
- Structured and analytical way of working
- High degree of independence and ability to work in a team
- Interdisciplinary and process thinking
- Flexibility and high motivation
- Strong communication skills and high quality standards
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Excellent written and spoken German and very good English skills
