What You Will Be Doing - You are responsible for the daily operation (second and third level support) of the IT infrastructure on site and in the cloud, virtualization, servers etc. with focus on Microsoft based solutions as well as their security.
- You will take care of system configurations, integrations as well as license management and performance optimization.
- Likewise, infrastructure provisioning and design are part of the daily tasks.
- Proper documentation of the infrastructure environment as well as documentation of system administration activities via the ticket system are in your hands.
- Be involved in IT projects related to all infrastructure aspects (design & build of new infrastructure, customization, upgrade & integration of existing infrastructure).
- Taking over technical consulting, support and monitoring are some important functions.
What You Bring To The Job - You have completed professional education in the IT environment and have several years of professional experience in the above-described field of activity.
- You have very good experience in the development, administration and organization of infrastructures.
- You bring strong expertise in Active Directory, Win 10, div. servers, security implementations in mixed environments and have experience with virtual environments (VMware).
- Technical understanding regarding databases, cloud technology (Azure, Office 365) as well as current network hardware, protocols and standards, including TCP/IP, Fast Ethernet etc.
- Ge: B1 – Intermediate
- En: B2 – Upper Intermediate
Nice-to-Haves - Any other language is a plus
