Junior Manager Performance Measurement (f/m/d)
In your role as Junior Manager Performance Measurement (f/m/d) you will experience the dynamic constantly evolving topic of environmental sustainability. You will become a member of a team of motivated and experienced sustainability professionals with the ambition to track Sustainability KPIs. We are responsible to drive the KPI scheme for Bayer in close collaboration with the divisions and other corporate functions.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- You support the collection, consolidation and validation of various data to determine the progress of sustainability KPIs with a focus on environment
- You accompany the data validation of non-financial reporting with external auditors
- You analyze the sustainability KPIs and, if necessary, create mid-year updates and annual reports
- You support the team implementing a new reporting system
- You are responsible for continuous benchmarking on sustainability (e.g. sustainability indicators and scientific initiatives)
- You work closely with other divisions and functions within Bayer and exchange with external stakeholders
WHO YOU ARE
- You have completed a relevant University degree or equivalent (Master), preferably in Environmental Management or Project Engineering with a focus on environmental sciences, sustainability, natural sciences and/or IT
- You bring profound knowledge about Sustainability & KPI metrics
- You demonstrate good project management skills
- You enjoy working with complex data & their processing
- You can present complex topics in a simple and transparent way, including outstanding analytical skills
- You are a team player
- You speak and write English fluently
The position is to be filled for 24 months
