In this role, you will be the technical contact for our ABB STOTZ, BUSCH-JAEGER and STRIEBEL & JOHN brands in 3-tier sales to provide technical solutions, advice and quotations on products, systems and applications. You will report to the Sales Support Manager and support local sales teams and customers by advising them on technical possibilities and cost effective solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Providing technical solutions and advice on ABB products, systems and applications to customers, sales channels and / or sales engineers
• Preparation of quotations based on incoming inquiries and drawings
• Providing telephone advice and support to our B2B customers
• Participation in training courses on products, solutions and services
• Supervision of trainees

Your background

• Completed vocational training in the electrical sector, skilled worker, master craftsman, technician
• Experience in electrical building installation is an advantage
• Confident and skillful in dealing with our customers
• Confident and adept in digital work, very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
• AdA certificate
