The PMO Team of MSF-Germany sets standards and improves processes, practices and capabilities for the management of headquarter-related projects. It oversees the project portfolio and provides project managers who deliver projects within the German organization.

Your TAsks

• Support project and portfolio reporting
• Assist with the configuration of project management software
• Provide ad-hoc assistance to project managers
• Support preparation and follow-up of meetings
• Research information to support decision-making

Requirements

• Student status is required (please indicate the expected remaining duration of your studies in your application)
• Fluency in English and German
• Interest in project management
• Ability to work independently
• Structured and organized mindset
• Ability process and prioritize large volumes of information
• Detail-oriented way of working
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Experience in Project Management or Business Administration is an asset

Our Offer

• Salary: 14,80€ per hour, plus 13th salary for employment of six months or more, 200€ bonus with start of work
