Key responsibilities

As a Quality Control Clerk, your key duties are:

Inventory Management: oversee and optimize inventory management processes, ensuring the systematic accuracy of inbound and outbound operations, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Cycle Counting and Inventory Audits: plan, execute, and analyze cycle counts and wall-to-wall counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Root Cause Analysis: conduct cause analysis of stock differences, identifying and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Claims Administration: administer claims related to damages, returns, and cancellations, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing losses.

Requirements

Solid experience in a warehousing and distribution environment, with a focus on quality control, inventory management, or a related field.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel.
In-depth understanding of inventory management practices, including cycle counting, wall-to-wall assessments, and root cause analysis.
Familiarity with industry-standard quality control procedures and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on preventing stock discrepancies and improving process efficiency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and German .
