Are you enthusiastic about P&O Digitalization and looking for a new challenge in an international environment? As a member of our P&O Ecosystem, you will be reporting into the Global P&O Digitalization and be responsible for bringing Workday PRISM (The Analytics tool of Workday) to life.
As Siemens Workday is growing as a global platform for major P&O processes. You will be responsible to identify Workday’s capabilities and grow PRISM analytics to inform and optimize P&O decision-making, while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
What part will you play? In this role you will be able to:
- You are responsible to colloborate and develop a digital reporting and analytics strategy for the People & Organization department, aligned with business objectives and best practices
- Take the Ownership of Workday PRISM analytics while establishing and improving end-to-end reporting and analytics processes with other reporting and analytics tool owners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements to drive business value of Workday PRISM and constantly improve automation, data quality and integrity
- Coordinate and prioritize the implementation of HR dashboards, reports and metrics in Workday PRISM to enable data-driven decision-making and monitor progress against targets
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in HR analytics, and identify opportunities to leverage these in the department
What you need to make real what matters. - You have a Bachelor degree or comparable in Business Administration, focusing on HR or IT, Information Technology or related majors and bring longterm years of relevant professional experience
- You have a proven track record of initiatives and projects in the HR Reporting and analytics and/or HR Tech space, experience in a P&O digitalization function preferred
- You have working experience with Workday, or preferrably with Workday PRISM
- You know about emerging trends and technologies in HR analytics
- You bring excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills across diverse countries
- You are motivated and can effectively navigate across different organizational boundaries and work in a cross-functional team environment
- You are proactive, self-directed, results-oriented, influential, flexible, and adaptable
- You bring an excellent ability to quickly grasp complex issues and situations and present them to the target groups in a structured manner
- Fluency in English is a must, an additional European language a plus
