- As part of Emma’s Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) team, you will support the development and execution of our S&OP process, mostly to ensure efficient alignment between Demand and Supply.
- You will support our Demand and/or Supply Planning team to create a robust and accurate demand forecast and supply planning that will drive inventory, production, and distribution decisions.
- You will analyze and evaluate demand and supply patterns to develop accurate forecasting models that support business planning.
- You will monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and potential issues.
- You will proactively develop and implement process improvements to optimize overarching S&OP process.
- You will collaborate with other Emma teams to ensure alignment on supply chain solutions, customer demand, promotions, and new product launches, to meet business objectives in terms of profitability, service improvement, and business growth.
- You are studying a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Science, Engineering or related fields.
- You are enthusiastic about understanding the different functions of operational planning,
- You are detail-oriented, and work in a very structured way even in a fast-paced environment.
- You are eager to develop your project management skills and you like to take ownership driving new projects independently.
- You can communicate well in English and enjoy collaborating with different teams in a multicultural environment.
- You are looking for an internship and are available for at least 6 months.
