Director of Strategy and Growth

What to expect:

Assist the Chief Executive and the Senior Leadership Team in realising the organization's vision, implementing its ambitious strategy, and providing professional and people leadership for the business. By doing so, you will create a thriving workplace culture and inspire confidence in the company's future course.
Collaborate with the CEO and the other Senior Leadership Team members on strategic and tactical concerns.
Take on the role of an organisational specialist, offering the larger organisation important guidance and knowledge.
Act as a self-reliant, determined organisational leader. proactively collaborating with others to address problems rather than just bringing them up.
Increase a thought leader's external credibility. Increase the influence, reputation, and brand.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, collaborate closely with the CEO and the Board to ensure that an ambitious and innovative strategy is successfully conceived, implemented, and then ingrained throughout the organisation.
Ensure that cutting-edge strategic and systems thinking methods are used to keep our company at the forefront of business.
Take the helm in overseeing the management of impact assessments, planning procedures, and strategic reviews.

Take the lead in assessing the organisational readiness to find areas of strength and improvement. supporting the establishment of efficient departmental, team, organisational, and individual workflows.
Assist the Senior Leadership Team in removing obstacles to progress by ensuring the appropriate platforms, systems, procedures, and resources are in place to successfully implement the strategy.
Assist the Senior Leadership Team in ensuring that we achieve our objective of being an organisation that is genuinely data driven and evidence-based.
Offer guidance, standards, and experience to coworkers and outside assessment teams in the design and development of accurate and reliable measures, metrics, and data systems.
Collaborate with the CEO, COO, and Trustee Board to ensure that crucial governance issues are handled clearly and superbly.
Assure the department's strategy is developed and carried out in a way that is fiscally sound.

Personal Requirements:

Proven ability to function well at a senior level, including prior consulting experience.
Can present a depth of solid experience in organisational business planning and complicated, cross-organizational project management.
Possess a track record of creating and completing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects successfully.
