During the 18-month programme you will be employed in Germany. After the programme your target department will be Research & Development in China with a local Chinese contract.
After completion of the Inspire programme you will continue your career in the following business area: at the helm of Product Strategy, we forge a path, steering decisions, uniting minds, and igniting transformation to sculpt Mercedes-Benz’s China future and fuel its global ascent. Our working scope covers as well program management of both vehicle and digital projects in China, quality management, certification and regulatory affairs.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Young Professionals with relevant work experience of at least 12 months in the field of Innovation, Research & Development, and Program Management and first leadership experience or leadership ambitions
• International experience of at least 6 months
• Excellent academic university degree including but not limited to: Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science and etc.
• Extended digital know-how
• Significant agile mindset
• Hands-on mentality and can-do attitude
• Ability to quickly adapt to new situations
• Coordinating and managing projects with high complexity
• Solution-oriented and communicative nature
• Social engagement
• Fluent in Business English and basic German language skills
Business related qualifications:
• High level of abstraction and strategic analytical skills
• Working flexible, structured and result-oriented even under pressure
• You are a Tech Enthusiast and have strong passion about cars

We have a multi-stage recruiting process: If you pass the Online Assessment and the video interview, you will have the chance to meet your mentor to get first insights into your target area.
